{Gorgeous afternoon} Plano- Arlington- Grand Prairie Maternity Photographer

Amazingly, things work out the way they are supposed to. I was supposed to meet this couple on a weekday morning, but ended up having a client schedule an induction. So we quickly rescheduled for that afternoon. It worked out though, because the clouds and rain were rolling in as we were shooting! This mama has a fabulous and natural smile and I loved it! We even got dad to smile for us too. Hope you guys love them and thanks for a great session!

I had the joy of heading out to photograph this little man shortly after his arrival. We had a beautiful RAINY day and we cozied up next to a space heater and got some beautiful images that they will hopefully treasure forever. He was awake for a while and rewarded us with his beautiful eyes.



I am thinking they will be blue, but who knows!



Not soon after he was sleeping... in a Christmas stocking cap! Do I hear Christmas cards in the future?

I have had the joy of photographing this wonderful little family for quite some time now. I enjoy it every time. And every time, "C" makes me work for those smiles. But I always get them ;) This was her two year old session and we went to one of her fav places to feed the ducks and play on the playground. It was chilly, but we still had fun.

I had so much fun with these gorgeous ladies! Not only did I get to photograph them, but I got to be a stylist for the afternoon. So much fun! We moved furniture outside, rearranged the living room, and got beautiful images that I hope they will cherish forever. A few of these are some of my new favs! Thanks again girls!

I was so excited to get to hold this sweet bundle. I had been at her birth only 6 days before and was so excited to see how much she had changed already. She is just beautiful! She was so great for us and we did some fun things. I love newborn sessions where I get both sleeping and awake images. She did both for us! Thanks again you guys. It is always such an honor to photograph your family. Can't wait for the three month session!

I had the joy of taking this little darling out for the afternoon to play dress up. Her mama had some special outfits that she wanted to capture her in, so he did a photoshoot! It was so much fun and she was sooo fabulous as we kept changing her clothes in the middle of the park. I am hoping they love the results!

We just had the first series of Fairy sessions over the weekend and I am dying to show you some pictures from it! They went perfectly and we are really looking forward to more this Friday, October 23rd in the morning.

{A first for me} Denison- Sherman- Mckinney Birth Photographer

This was a sad day for me. This was the first birth that I missed. AND BY 10 MINUTES!!! I know. Seriously. I had to travel 58 miles to get there and I knew it would be close. It was really hard and made my pretty bummed. I adore this family though. They are so loving and wonderful. Their daughter is something else. Not only is she GORGEOUS, but she has so much spunk. I am sure their new addition will only add to the fun. This mama was one tough cookie and endured days (weeks, maybe?) of prodromal labor. I heard she was quite the trooper.

I was grateful to get a lot of beautiful images in that immediate post partum time.
